Frontier makes a very good product. I use this every evening before bed. It really helps with my sleep difficulties. Just as with all sleep aids I've tried, after a couple of months it becomes less effective and I have to give it a break and try something else ( sublingual melatonin) and then come back to it later. Lovely valerian root. Fresh, clean. Be warned it smells like dirty feet and tastes almost as bad as it smells! That said, I’ve never found anything (including prescription meds) as effective for inducing relaxation and sleep.
