      Unfortunately my item was shipped and packed very well, but it was damaged when I opened the box and a piece fell out. The item was fine in the photos and description so I believe it was due to something that happened in shipping. I immediately contacted the seller and they responded very quickly and were so nice and told me how sorry they were that it happened. The seller gave me directions on how to file a problem and they would issue a refund, which they did extremely fast. Thank you!
