These are great - I’ve bought a bunch from this seller over the last year, all work great
I don’t normally write reviews, but the one-star review for this I felt to be unfair so helping this seller out. So these switches are refurbished, and they don’t come with any instructions, but you can download the instructions for free online. I bought two of these at first from big-box home improvement stores and they’re $34.95/each there, so these refurbished ones are a great value in my opinion, and they’re somehow better than the ones that I initially installed from the big box stores cause these refurbished ones remember the last dimmed setting if that’s important to you (the ones from the big boxes just re-set to full brightness). I loved these so much I put them in all of my bathrooms, closets, and for the under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen, cause I was going crazy with an ex who just constantly left all the lights on (your kids prob do the same). They are so nice because the lights fade on and fade off within a couple of seconds which is a nice luxurious touch. So what you need to know about these is that you’ll eventually screw up installing them, and need to figure out how to get the wires out and re-do them. They couldn’t be easier to install, but you’ll still mess up with one or more of them, if you’re like me. They have two holes top and bottom on the back which the wires get inserted into, and then you tighten the screws on the side, and connect the ground wires with a wire nut. That’s it, simple. BUT if you mess up and need to get a wire out it’s gonna seem impossible to do so, but look carefully under the wire and there’s a small rectangular release that you can press with a really small jeweler’s screwdriver or something else small, and the wires come right out easily. That’s where people screw up, and that’s why these are “refurbished” cause they prob get returned all the time to the stores b/c people don’t read the instructions or can’t figure out that tiny step. I love these so much I put them in my mom’s house too for her and she loves them & like me doesn’t know how she lived without them. Really good quality, this seller ships super fast, and you’ll save a bundle buying from them vs buying from the home improvement stores.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
