- e***s (427)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasewith 16mp you will notice more detail over any 4k/8mp but realize the vid will consume more space on the medium. the clarity is very good and the "sewing" tech which merges 2 images to appear as 1 is well done. the protective dome is preferred as spider activity is mostly non-existent. these folks just get better with time. know that communication can take awhile but they are attentive and seemingly want to do the right thing. ebay is typically cheaper than using their direct website.

- e***s (427)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchasereolink is fairly consistent as a vendor - be it ebay or direct. the biggest plus is that they stand behind the product. over the years and many purchases, i have had one problem with an nvr but they replaced it. they may be a little slow if you make an offer but they've gotten better. they need to do better with the nvr description and provide an accurate model and hardware number. the cam i ordered arrived and it was flawless.

First I received an email asking for clarification, they said I ordered the refurbished one. I sent pics of order and sticker on the box that said refurbished. After that, they only replied in French!!!! I don't speak French, this is the USA!!!!!! Customer service is horrible!!! Don't even waste your time trying to call, no one ever answers!!!!!
