    More than I expected!

    I made the mistake of purchasing the Fenix HL16 LED Headlamp at a higher cost without knowing about the Energizer HDD32E. There's no comparison at all and at a fraction of the cost. The HDD32E headlamp is easy to operate, sits comfortably on my head by using the adjustment strap, and is so bright it easily lights the way with a push of a button. I used the lamp for two weeks on a daily basis and I did not deplete my batteries. No problem seeing on no moon nights. I love this item and highly recommend it to anyone who wants bright quality hands free lighting.

    Lightweight and good features

    I use it for reading in bed. On the low setting, I find enough light to comfortably read and not disturb my wife. It is lightweight and comfortable to wear.

    Very well designed headlamp!

    I needed something for hands-free work, bright enough for trails at night, and lightweight to not notice it. I have a CREE XML powered headlamp with wired battery pack. It's very bright but can be too bright and cumbersome with the external wiring. Excellent for caving but not convenient for chores, hiking, camping, etc. This Energizer has the lumens to fill the place between extremely bright, and dim low-powered units. It can ramp up or down between the three emitters for more flood or spot lighting. 315 lumens is enough to illuminate your location to a safe distance. The emitters, including the 2 red LEDs, can still be too dazzling to others if you're in a group though. Only wish to have an extra Moon glow setting below the present LOW setting. It can still be too bright for some ...

    Bright for chores, red for night - great hands-free light

    Bright light, can dim it, spot or flood it, choose red or white light. I am up sometimes during the night and use the red light so I don't awaken too much. Seems well-made. I had a much earlier version and liked it. This model is improved over an already good light.

    Energizer VIsion HD 250 lumen LED head lamp

    When I'm camping outdoors and have to access my RV's storage, drain tanks, or put out the campfire, I prefer to have more than less light to perform the necked task. The Energizer Vision HD 250 lumen LED headlamps provide me with the necessary light to perform the task efficiently and quickly. The dimmer headlamps I've used in the past 'just don't cut it.' If you want to see what you a doing in the dark, consider this product.
