    Lightweight with great features

    works great nice neat soldering, temp control really good to have when doing lead soldering.Nice and easy to handle small and light. Only drawback for me was that I needed a step down transformer to run it because it is set up for use in Japan.

    Stained glass tool.

    . For soldering it was not hot enough and to return to Japan is costly and confusing, after waiting for over 2 weeks. Disappointed in product, and I guess you need a $30 thermostat to work properly. I bought a Wellesley 100 watts to finish class..

    Very Solid

    I use it with 120 v ac mains and I had to calibrate it because it marked 160 ° instead of 240° in the dial , but it is very easy to calibrate it because it comes with a special screw , just be sure to have a good type k probe and a good calibrated tester as a fluke for example

    Nice multiple temperature soldering iron

    Heat up very fast. LED indication is a plus to let you know that the selected temperature is reached. Shipping is fast also. Beware that this model is NOT made in Japan but rather in Malaysia and it is not mentioned in anywhere, hence one star off.

    Came recommended by glass enthusiasts in the US. I now know why.

    Super quick to heat up. Smoother solder lines. Love it. Although you need a transformer for the plug (which I had already) if in the UK- its a great iron.
