    Classic pectin w/o sugar

    Pomona's Pectin is a time-proven classic. It lets cooks add whatever sweetener they desire, as much or as little of the sweetener as the cook wants, or no sugar at all if that is the preference.     Amazing product

    If you are into canning and making jams this is a MUST. You can reduce the sugar amount substantially and the taste is amazing, fresh and wholesome. I started using it approximately 2 years agao and have not looked back.
