    This brake can be installed at either the front or rear position. It's easy to install. It comes with the straddle or link wire. This model is an improvement over the old BR-CT90-L. The spring cover looks more durable than the old model. Even the brake shoe was redesigned and is stronger. Made in Malaysia, with Shimano quality. I bought another one to replace my old front brake.

    Slightly different than older versions but mostly interchangeable parts

    I purchased this brake because my existing brake of the same model dating from 1997 had the plastic spring cowlings break. The cowllings from the new brake fit perfectly but the locking screws are a different diameter, nevertheless the new parts I did use merged seamlessly with the original brake parts.

    With these brakes you could Stop on a Dime.

    Great brake system, like the old campi center pulls. Easy installation and adjustment, like ten minuites per brake. These were a great deal about what my bike shop was charging for the pads.
