She mailed it on Aug 9th but I didn’t receive it until the. 18th! She blamed it on my next door neighbor’s address but that didn’t change the fact that it was not delivered on the date it was promised. Also, I only received a partial refund since she deducted all mailing costs. Consequently I didn’t have it for the special occasion.
