It only has a really small fissure, coming out of the plastic surrounding the fingerprint sensor. It also came well protected, inside of an airbag envelope, and another layer of big bubble wrap.

Despite being a refurb, the laptop felt like new when I opened it and turned it on. As an aside, I forgot just how painstaking, tedious, and arduous a task it was to setup a new computer just the way you're used to with all the apps and customizations you need. Definitely gotta do it in stages, least for me.

The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
