Earbuds were safely packaged in bubble wrap with a charger, they did arrive dirty but nothing that a wipey. My only negative was the shipping my package was delayed twice and I received no shipping updates for five days after initial shipping out. Did not receive package til almost 2 weeks after purchase really unimpressed with shipping cost.

    Well pleased! Highly recommend this unit!

    This is the second purchase of this Boss model, as we have two CR-V's. After our first CR-V had to have the factory stereo replaced, we bought one of these Boss units to replace it. Works great! So we decided to buy one for our other CR-V. Blue toothing from our phones to play select music through the car stereo is a big PLUS! Good value too. Recommend this vendor.
