    Wix is among the best

    Over the years, many tests have been done on oi filters. Most of the more common store bought filters are just about junk, while some just are. The best commonly available, off the shelf filter for your money is wix. They do not use one size fits all pressure releif valves or anti flow back leaving dry filters as others do. Wix filters are built as a unit, not out of pieces. Wix filters use many more internal filtering pleats than the competition.
