Immediately reported to ebay/Seller the said troubled-specifics along w/ (2) evidence pics; and Seller promptly fully-refunded me but didn't comment But still disappointed that I didn't have my desired watch to use.     Unfortunately this transaction was bad enough to warrant negative feedback. They were more concerned about a payment than providing actual value. They asked to make a payment within ~hour of accepting my offer through one of my own listings, but they never responded to my messages regarding the delayed shipment / status. The item was listed as "perfect" but what I received was defective and not working. The packaging was barely adequate. I was at least able to return the item for a refund.
