I was having joint aches, heart palpitations and some hair loss. All that has gone away so I def think I was deficient in something. These vitamins are fantastic. And I love that there is no garbage in them, ingredients are not sourced from China like Walmart vitamins. And the price is good. $20 for a 2 month supply is great.
