    Great for the price

    This is a great buy! Sounds great, batteries great, my only problem is that I wish they would stay it my ear better. Definitely worried about losing one and didn't come with backup ear gels. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I guess nothing's perfect but I definitely am happy with them. I do recommend.

    Received product. does not work properly. right bud does not connect at times. after fully charging properly at times actual charge only lasts for about ten minutes. although this purchased was for a certified refurbished product, one would expect them to work properly. I would like to be set up with the opportunity to exchange these for a functional pair. please advise of process to receive replacement

    The fallen and the un-syncable

    Given I've teyd every size ear pieces , I can keep then in my ears they fall out constantly and is just a matter of time before I lose one of them, also their rarely in sync and sounds as if I'm in a tunnel. But ...other than that lol

    Well worth the cost

    Very easy to pair. The left is for phone calls, which is very clear. Very comfortable and secure in the ear. The lows, mids and high are well balanced. The sound stage is wide with good separation. The 9.2 mm drivers puts it out there. The sound is much better with 4.5 mm sound tube memory foam tips.
