I wish the entire Retail world could comport themselves with the Integrity and kindness of this Seller. One of my three boxes of color arrived damaged and leaking ( not the seller’s fault).. The Seller responded immediately, offered to take the item back and due to the fact the other boxes were “ wet” offered to replace all of the purchase ( really wasn’t necessary but INCREDIBLY kind)…I whole heartedly recommend this seller !!!

Although the seller listed them as Type S, I did not see "Type S" on the wrapper, and they are a little different from previous sponge mop refills I've had. I have yet to use the new refills, so can't comment on the quality yet. I appreciate how promptly my order was filled, and how appropriately packaged it was, too. Thank you!
