I never received response so I contacted again and still nothing. I contacted eBay for assistance in resolution. I was refunded my total amount for the purchase so this is resolved. I’m not trying to slam seller just disappointed my purchase arrived damaged. I could see the item was as described in listing. With a little care packing this could have been avoided

    Super sleek and easy to use. Wireless so it's easy to position properly. Holds charge for a long time and can be turned off for cleaning or to avoid errant key pressing on a cluttered desk. A joy to use!
