The delivery company Fed Ex did a really bad job with the box being damaged but the vendor had packaged very well this computer. Honestly if this was a used PC you couldn't convince me that it wasn't brand new from looking at it. Right out of the box everything worked perfect and was extremely easy to set up. I think for the money spent it's a really good buy. I might even buy another one to replace one of my older Dell's.

It arrived in a large enough box to protect it from bump damage, as it was centered in the shipping box with heavy duty bubble wrap on each end. The screen was protected by a sheet of cardboard. The Monitor is best described as "Like New" in condition, and appearance. For a gaming monitor the quality of it along with the price made it a very good buy. The best part was turning it on.
