The delivery company Fed Ex did a really bad job with the box being damaged but the vendor had packaged very well this computer. Honestly if this was a used PC you couldn't convince me that it wasn't brand new from looking at it. Right out of the box everything worked perfect and was extremely easy to set up. I think for the money spent it's a really good buy. I might even buy another one to replace one of my older Dell's.

They refused to ship my item & made up lies on why they refused to ship it. I bought it on December 1st, 2025 and it is now December 5th and they still refuse to ship it. Plus, I spoke to Acer & they say that they do not have an Evay store & this company does not represent Acer at all. Stay away and avoid the headache & lies that they make up to ship items.
