I never received response so I contacted again and still nothing. I contacted eBay for assistance in resolution. I was refunded my total amount for the purchase so this is resolved. I’m not trying to slam seller just disappointed my purchase arrived damaged. I could see the item was as described in listing. With a little care packing this could have been avoided

    Registers too high

    It always registers higher than it should be .. I take it in to my Dr's office and compare in when they take my pressure .. My Dr's office recommended I return it and get their recommended brand device, because their experience is that the Microlife always reads higher than actual ...

    Works a it should. Just test it against a sphygmomanometer you trust like everyone you get.

    Works a it should. Reading are a little off on the unit I received. Just test it against a sphygmomanometeryou trust and just calculate the adjustment. There is only one in a hundred of any brand that will be spot on, so you will have to do your part and check it against a certified unit.
