I'm the one that gets caught with egg on my face. I have fully refunded your purchase and shipping costs. The USPS has let us down. I sent the items first class mail because that was the shipping method selected. First class postage cannot be tracked. Using tracking number shipping would have quadrupled the cost of shipping for such a small item. I was just trying to get the part to buyers at a reasonable cost. I understand and share your frustration.
