I never received response so I contacted again and still nothing. I contacted eBay for assistance in resolution. I was refunded my total amount for the purchase so this is resolved. I’m not trying to slam seller just disappointed my purchase arrived damaged. I could see the item was as described in listing. With a little care packing this could have been avoided

    240 vs 250

    I prefer the 250 because it has a removable battery so if I'm on a trip I don't need a computer to recharge. I have a few rechargeable batteries and I'm good for the week. Other than that it is easy to use and has a pretty long battery life, 8-10 hours. I use mine to block out noise at work and to listen to music I prefer instead of what some radio dj thinks I should listen to 20 times a day. With this device I can listen to music all day and not hear the same song twice. I have 4 of these devices .

    Wife could not use it

    The unit seemed to be ok at first, but when my wife started using it the center button always fell out. After looking at the unit closely I discovered that a little piece of plastic was broke off which cased the button to fall out.

    Battery is good

    Get a extra battery.
