    Unfortunately this transaction was bad enough to warrant negative feedback. They were more concerned about a payment than providing actual value. They asked to make a payment within ~hour of accepting my offer through one of my own listings, but they never responded to my messages regarding the delayed shipment / status. The item was listed as "perfect" but what I received was defective and not working. The packaging was barely adequate. I was at least able to return the item for a refund.

    Product has no value as you cannot find a battery cover.

    The product wouldnt function without the battery cover period. Why sell it without the battery cover?? Cause I lost the remote? I dont think so.

    Not worth the money

    Recieved remote quickly, but only the front half of the remote works, back keyboard does not, and if I don't pop out the batteries every night after I turn tv off, the remote stays on and drains the battery within 48 hours. Very disappointed.

    its a pitty that smasung product is on the market

    I received the remote with one of its covers missing. the batteries in were very old and corroded. I should have been allowed to return it.
