Contacted the seller they immediately put and inquiry thru USPS.When they didnt get any response from USPS. They suggested that they just send me another knife just like the one I purchased. Within a week I had the replacement knife hand . They even used a different shipping service to ensure that we didnt have a repeat shipping issue. Whole issue was handle in a very manner.
