I opened a return request. 2 days later, still no reply, but the request was approved. 11 days later, I finally got my full refund. The seller never once replied to me. They confirmed it was a mistake (not intentional) to send a used set instead of new. And they stated a pretty compelling reason for why they weren't able to message me back or get to the return sooner. Given how much positive feedback they have, I'm inclined to believe them.
