I cancelled though so I can’t really say anything on the description accuracy or packaging or anything. I only canceled cause I forgot to check the shipping price (I chose the wrong primary address). Overall, the value was the best on eBay (which is why I bought it in the first place). If the shipping price wasn’t so expensive, I probably would have kept the product

    Would buy it again

    Cleaned my stone tile very well, but you need to understand if your tile is filthy it will require more than one to make them look like new. You also need to understand that the slower you go the better it will clean. But I would have sent the machine back if it had not preformed the way it did. I would recommend this cleaner and would buy it again.

    Love the Cordless

    First use went well; much easier to clean tile floors that previous Hoover Floormate Deluxe. One minor aggravation: the roller "head" will not stay in the UP position when moving unit across floor (not cleaning, just moving it location to location); roller head unlatches & drops down to the floor almost as soon as you start moving it. So, you either roll it with the brush "dragging" on the floor or you pick it up and carry it.
