I am still taking the prescription iodine. The prescription iodine is not better than this one in my opinion. Sometimes the pills pass on threw your digestion system with no benefit. This iodine is sublingual or in put in my tea & absorbs quickly! The glass bottles are top notch & won't bust if you drop them!
