Seller probably should have been more up front about the device may not power on, it was untested. That wasn't mentioned in the listing or the description I got a message after I agreed to buy it. But the device works and I think my niece will be very happy with it. It arrived in fine condition but probably could have been packaged a bit better with some foam or bubble wrap wrapped around it. Anbernic rg353ps is the device. Overall I'm happy with the device and the price I paid for it.
