I never received response so I contacted again and still nothing. I contacted eBay for assistance in resolution. I was refunded my total amount for the purchase so this is resolved. I’m not trying to slam seller just disappointed my purchase arrived damaged. I could see the item was as described in listing. With a little care packing this could have been avoided

    Bring on the weather!

    Compact unit that is ideal as an emergency radio. I find reception problematic with the AM band by static interference. Granted, this isn't an expensive unit and its compact size limits what's on the inside. The voice quality is very good for such a tiny speaker and the solar unit actually charges up the battery! This is a good "bug out bag" device because the flashlight and weather bands will keep you in the clear. Recommended.
