    Shorter life.

    Had these in my previous Honda Accord and they lasted about 4 years. My new accord takes these bulbs and one burned out in less than two years but you can't beat the bright light so worth every penny.

    Sylvania silver star ultra headlight bulbs

    Good & the bad : These bulbs have a nice white color . I believe 4300k. I recommend these in applications where your bulbs are easy to replace. The downside of the silverstar ultras is that they do not last long. Sylvania guarantees 100hrs / 1 year which isn't much. My bulbs lasted about 3yrs which I read is a long time for these. Some have complained of failure shortly after a year. That being said their performance is slightly better than other manufacturers premium headlight bulbs. 4300k is the proper light color in my opinion. Phillips & other manufacturers premium bulbs are in the 3600-4000k range which in my opinion is still to dim yellow in color. Yes you can put hid or led in your stock headlight assembly, but your light patterns are usually all over the place because ...

    So far so good, but too early to tell....

    Good light, but hard to compare since I've been driving around with one headlight for a couple of months, and anything would be an improvement over that situation. I did a lot of research before buying these bilbs, and they were rated the best for brightness and distance illuminated. I am a little concerned as to how long these bulbs will last given the other reviews that I've read here, but we'll see. So far so good......

    I can see at night again!

    I needed new light bulbs for my Toyota Tundra and I came across these bulbs and thought I would give them a try, what a difference these make, I can actually see at night again!! I recommend these bulbs to everyone in need of new headlight bulbs. You won’t be disappointed and they are about half as much as a auto parts store.

    Better light than OEM

    It's better than OEM lights! I do recommend these lights, they work great! They are more on the colder side of light, cleaner white light versus stock lights which are more on the warmer side or yellow light. Guessing because it's a colder white color they help you see down the road better and seems to also flood the sides of the road more! This is useful if you travel in areas with a lot of wild life.
