There was a small hole in the box there the glass was cracked, I think they did their best to protect it for shipping. it was going to cost me 100 to return the glass, half of what the item price was to begin with. The seller was great and i received this sweet system very quickly.
This unit is a very nice radio that I purchased for my girlfriend. It was easy to install and the features you get with it are extremely nice. The navigation is awesome which is powered by Garmin. The touch screen is very responsive. The only negative I would give it was the lack of Bluetooth support but I just purchased the bt300 adaptor for it and I am rolling!!!!!!!!!!!

Great for an older deck
I LOVE this deck... I have 2 of them. First and foremost - the Garmin based GPS. Works exactly the same and uses the same updates as the regular Garmin GPS's. I do a lot of site-to-site based work, and importing POI's via a burned CD is also very easy. It's an older model, so it doesn't have bluetooth, HD Radio or internet-based radio apps built in, but you can get outboard boxes for the BT and HD Radio. Bypassing the DVD lock is easy during install. Controls are easy to get used to. Love it!I LOVE this deck... I have 2 of them. First and foremost - the Garmin based GPS. I did a lot of shopping and I never owned a Kenwood Car unit before and I could not be more happy with this unit. You get Navigation, DVD/CD player, Bluetooth, and multiple expansion capablities with a massive 50wx4 amp, excellent video picture, for 500.00 or less. This is much cheaper than a factor navigation system that are usually far inferior in sound and less expansion choices, and with it being a major name brand product where else can you go wrong! PROS: Just about the whole unit! It has been a remarkable purchase would refer this to anyone interested. CONS: Not many, the audio adjustments can become cumbersome but once you get the hang of it, it is not too bad and can make even the worst factory speaker sound better! It fit perfectly and it's a lot better than not having one. It was a bit pricy for something so tiny, but I couldn't find it for less anywhere else. No problems with delivery.
