    Best liquid eyeliner!

    Inexpensive and does not crack or flake. Will last all day with one application. Brush is firm yet flexible enough to create any type of line.

    Soft brush tip

    I personally take to these types of brushes, because of the control I get while using it. I was surprised elf had one, had to give it a try. The liquid itself bleeds when placed, so definitely not good for those with watery eyes. Dries leaving a wet look. The liner can get get see through when you're applying it. Definitely has to be set with a powder to avoid it streaking. I place value on the size of it and the applicator, personal preference.
