    Really works

    These really do help you stop smoking. But you have to be dedicated to wearing them every day. They say they are 24hr patches but after about 12hrs I have to remove it because it starts to irritate my skin.(this is why I gave 4 out of 5stars) But I will still use them because they work!

    Not enough sticky

    If you work outside or strenuously, you have to wrap something (such as an ace bandage) around your arm to get the patch to stay in place. Even tried upper back with no luck.
