I never received response so I contacted again and still nothing. I contacted eBay for assistance in resolution. I was refunded my total amount for the purchase so this is resolved. I’m not trying to slam seller just disappointed my purchase arrived damaged. I could see the item was as described in listing. With a little care packing this could have been avoided

    Wacom Intuos s 2018. Great tablet, but when is in use, its not the same, like when it's new.

    I want to say, that this is my first graphic tablet, it's used, but it's in a good condition. it's light, small, very comfortable! I love that! The part I don't like very much is that I cannot register it through the Wacom page, and I cannot redeem the bonus software, because it's used. But it works fine, not great, but fine. I bought it because part of the money was going to be donated to St. Jude Childrens Hospital, and I loved that!

    Does the job well

    Good as new

    Came in original box and with original accessories, the usb cable was damaged at one spot but that doesn't seem to affect the connectivity. The stylus had extra in the back which I wasn't expecting, cause it's refurbished.

    Intuitive but lacking as well

    Great for any starter. Purchase a larger or different model. These don't have batteries in the pen, they are used by a weird magnetic technology that Wacom integrated into the intuos. It's great, but could prove a tad frustrating for any experienced graphics artist out there. It'd be great for travel and such! By no means is it a bad tablet. Personally, this tab would have flourished a perfect 10/10 if the pen had batteries instead. Overall, a satisfying product that could suit the use of anyone and everyone.
