Besides the top of the packaging being torn off this one seems to be legitimate the spine is a bit questionable being off center but it is technically sealed so I have no issue there

Not exactly sure why this feedback is neutral?? Sealed game as stated. On occasion, rough handling during shipping (around the holidays) can inadvertently cause the plastic wrap to tear.
