    Invaluable tool

    Great book for doing nursing diagnoses...has cut my time in half after clinicals. The text that my school uses is difficult to use, organized differently. This one is simple and efficient and makes the paperwork easier and faster.

    Very nice....

    Very helpful...they process is well defined...yes it is an older version however it is great for Assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementing, and evaluations for providing care...it should be used to supplement ADPIE

    Great book for Care planning!

    I love this book to help me write care plans. It is a great resource and will help you understand care planning much easier. I had a very difficult time with care plans and mine were always marked up with red pen....not anymore! This book made a complete difference!

    A Must for Nursing(RN)

    Excellerated RN Program Barnes Goldfarb St. Louis was the reason I bought this. If you can save by buying used, then you are smart! This book is a must for the school in St. Louis and Barnes is rated in the top 10 RN programs in the country, so it's a no brainer!

    Great book!

    Great NANDA Book. Bought this book for nursing school. Love that it has section in the front of the book with all of the different Nursing Diagnosis, then later in the book it gives every "related to" and "as evidenced by" option with expected outcomes and interventions.
