It is easy to use, not hard to setup, but you definitely need the apple certified power syn cord & 12W USB Wall Charger as it charges super slow if you don't have that. If you are super tech, you may want to have something like the Plugable USB 2.0 4-Port High Speed Charging Hub with 12.5W Power Adapter and BC 1.1 Charging Support for for Android, Apple iOS, and Windows Mobile Devices to help with faster charging.It is easy to use, not hard to setup, but you definitely need the apple certified power syn cord & 12W USB Wall Charger as it charges super slow if you don't have that. This product even if slow do to age and module freezes even just going threw pictures, and on top of that it seems to go dead and than work again overall the screen goes in and out and I was disappointed but what can I say it’s a gem 2 I opted to go out and get a gen 7
