Could have been packaged better, although I now have a lifetime supply of plastic bags. The end-cap came off in shipping, but it popped right back on. The motor initially stalled at higher speeds. I assume that was from a lack of use. After running through all the speeds a few time it worked perfectly. Great price. Great communication. Thanks

I do RECYCLE CLEAN materials for padding to help reduce waste and pollution. If the end-cap popped off, it was due to rough handling by the shipping company. I have no control of that.
