Item as described. Arrived fast. Good Anti-static packing. Shipped in bag with plenty of bubble wrapped for protection. Several caps bent possibly during shipping. Replaced as a precaution. Motherboard and cpu tested ok. Included memory failed. No Communication from vendor regarding memory. Motherboard is what I care about.
