Upon receipt, learned device would not allow a phone to connect to it. All forms of troubleshooting were unsuccessful. Condition of item was listed as Open Box, but the serial number on the device did not match the serial number on the box. Looks like a substitution occurred. Informed seller that I would like to have a replacement sent. Seller issued a full refund saying he had no more of the same item. Don't know if the mix-up was accidental or intentional. At least I am not out any money.
