The power management chip was blown up and skews were loose on the back plate. Someone was definitely tampering with this and that was not specified by the seller. seller didn't even care to check under the back plate nor did he provide any pictures of this.

This buyer was quick to get on a put up a negative review, but anyone can look at the original posting that clearly states in big CAPITALIZED letters that I had no knowledge of this item, had no idea if it worked properly since I am not a computer nerd, and this item was being sold for PARTS OR REPAIR and was priced accordingly. These things cost $140 in working condition, and around $50 for parts and repair, which is what he purchased. And even still, I accepted the return and no complaints.
