It came quickly and in great condition but was only able to spark at first. You need to add in the fuel; we used zippo lighter fluid. There's a dial on the bottom, unscrew that and carefully remove the spring and flint, and then remove the lid. Add in the fluid into the cotton and then wait for the wick to soak it up and that should do the trick. Try not to put too much or else it may leak.
