About this product

Product Information

The town of Smallville is mostly inhabited by ordinary folk looking to live a peaceful life. But among their number is Clark Kent (Tom Welling), the future Superman who faces a daily struggle to control his special powers and keep his true identity a secret. This seventh season of SMALLVILLE offers plenty of surprises for the young Man of Steel, plumbing the vast store of Superman mythology to introduce two characters from the comic books: Clack's cousin Kara (Laura Vandervoort), also known as Supergirl; and Bizarro, an evil Clark Kent look-alike. Meanwhile, as Lex Luthor (Michael Rosenbaum) becomes infatuated with Kara, Clark comes ever closer to the truth about his parents and his home planet Krypton. Included here are all 22 episodes of the seventh season, including a guest appearance by Dean Cain.

    Good Season

    It's amazing how each season, the show gets better and better. The addition of Kara, Clark's cousin from Krypton lends a rich complexity to the show. The on-off relationship of Clark with Lana and Lana's deviousness regarding his vengence towards Lex keeps us constantly wondering what will happen next. Bizarro, the form taken by the phantom by using some of Clark's DNA and his relationship with Lana and then Clark's realization that Bizarro slept with Lana during his absence in the fortress for a month really stirs up some emotions for the couple. Lex is up to his usual evil schemes for power but Clark continues to try to see the good in Lex. I love this series and anyone who has gotten hooked from the first season will love this season also.

HOWEVER, IN A NUTSHELL & IN CAPITAL LETTERS (BECAUSE ITS THAT GOOD!); A YOUNG CLARK KENT--NURTURED & RAISED AS A STOUT CORN-FED FARM BOY IN SMALLVILLE--DISCOVERS & LEARNS TO HONE HIS POWERS, & MUST ALSO COME TO TERMS WITH HIS DESTINY. HE FALLS IN LOVE FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH THE ADORABLE GIRL NEXT DOOR, FINDS OUT THERE ARE OTHERS OUT THERE LIKE HIM-FRIENDS & FOES; & EVENTUALLY PARTNERS UP WITH THE INFAMOUS LOIS LANE. OVER THE COURSE OF THE SERIES, NEW CHARACTERS EMERGE AS THE JUSTICE LEAGUE IS FORMED.     A little silly

    As the years go by it becomes harder and harder to remain a Smallville fan. He is aware of his powers and has practiced using those powers. There is nothing, except Kryptonite, that can stop him. He lives a litte po-dunk town and he has his cousin to help him, his biological mom and computer dad, his uncle, and some other kryptonian to give him direction and still He is stupid. The show now seems rushed to include everything about Superman in a short period of time. Without any though to the origin of these these things and how these effect him, or where these came from he hasn't even gathered the intellect to handle anything. This show is becoming tired, and I think my loyalty to the show is because I loyal to Superman, but this show needs help...serious help.
