Reached out 3 times to ask about when it was being dispatched, to be given 1 word answers “anyday”. Finally dispatched after 9 days. Teddy arrived vacuum sealed so face is flattened and altered from photo. Paid £1.95 for a service that costs £1.55 - 40p extra for what? 2 plastic bags? Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible way of treating your stock.
