I’ve owned multiple of these items and know the terminology. They did offer a full refund to make it right , but ultimately I don’t have time for that and like I said I made it work and kept it. Other than that. They communicate quickly and I will continue to do business. In fact I just bought a 2nd item from them

    Super transfer reader

    This CFExpress/XQD reader is, as expected, of great quality. This reader will not transfer at specified speeds, but none ever do so. It does not get as hot as others I use. It's a quality item.
