Potential buyer be aware - the primary photo of this item is misleading. The actual batteries I received were regular CR123A batteries as shown in the last photo, not low drain Panasonic LiMn CR123A battery as shown in the first few photos. The open cell voltage of the batteries I received varies a lot and some of them even drops below the typical 3.2~3.3V range. There are surface rusts on some the anodes of these batteries which contradict the so-claimed "NEW" condition.

FIRST OFF THESE ARE BRAND NEW BULK PACKED BATTERIES AS STATED. I HAVE SOLD OVER 5000 OF THESE AND THIS IS THE FIRST YES FIRST ISSUE I HAVE HAD. SECOND, THESE ARE 3.0V AS STATED IN THE AD, NOT SURE WHERE THE BUYER WAS GETTING THEY WERE 3.3V. THIRD, THE BETTER BATTERIES OUT OF THE 2 LISTED WERE SENT. THE PICTURES SENT IN TO ME SHOW NO RUST. THIS IS ONE TERRIBLE BUYER! HE COULD OF TAKEN A PICTURE OF ONE OF HIS USED BATTERIES. BUYER IS A SCAMMER! ALL HE LEAVES IS NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

Please be courteous and stick to the fact... abusive language is not the solution to any problems. I don't expect you to be an expert on everything you sell here but I do expect a responsible seller to know how to find manufacture's specifications. You don't need to claim an item as "new" or "used" if you can provide proof those items you sell here meet manufacturer's specs.
