Seller sold an item described as a navigation update to a 2010-2013 Toyota 4 Runner. I own a 2013 Toyota 4Runner and purchased the update, requesting instructions. DVD arrived without instructions Requested them again & vague instructions provided. Contacted Toyota dealer who advised a 2013 4Runner cannot be updated by a DVD. Advised seller, provided documentation & returned DVD. The seller refused to issue refund & offered store credit. Poor business practices, seller is operating a scam.
