The items came quickly and on the outside, packaged well. However, inside, one of the finials came loose and broke. I could hear the glass clattering when I got it from the mailbox. Took pictures and notified the seller. Within 30 minutes I had been issued a credit. Sad the item broke but the seller was very responsive.
