Horrible seller. He sent me a board that didn’t work. I sent out the board he sent me to be repaired to prove it was a bad board. Got the board back and now the Tv screens works but the image on the tv is stuck on split screen. After contacting the repair company, turns out the board he sent me was a M49-C1 board when I ordered a M50-C1. I got screwed twice because I paid $115 for the board and $105 to be repaired and I’m still in the same position.

Seller was great and quickly replied to my inquiries.. The item was shipped the next day. USPS held the package for nearly a week before shipping it out causing a delay in arrival. The item was in good shape for a used item. Ultimately, this item did not fit my model element tv, which was disappointing.

I purchased a power board for my TV, it showed up very poorly packaged and is defective, and the seller wants to argue with me over the return.
It was supposed to be “new” but showed up loose in a bubble envelope with no packaging or box, and doesn’t work.
It is the correct model number and matches my old one exactly, seller has now accused me of lying about whether it’s defective or not and implied I’m making it up just to send it back.
Will be reporting to ebay as fraud. Avoid vender.
