The challenge I had was the salesmanship. Purchasing the item pictured and receiving a partial product. I was made to feel, as if "I was making the seller inconvenienced, having to ship the additional product, that I rightfully paid for." The second package came smashed. The product over all, I'll say, "The texture of my hair is changing. I haven't noticed any immediate hair growth, that will take some time."
